ALDER & LINE STUDIO
Privacy
How we handle information when you contact the studio.
Alder & Line Studio is responsible for this website and the inquiries sent to our business email address. Contact zach@alderandline.com with questions about your information.
Information you provide
When you email the studio, we receive your email address, the name shown with your email, your message and any other information you choose to include, such as your business name or contact details. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and, if we work together, provide the agreed service and keep related business records. People authorized to handle your inquiry or project may access the information needed for that work.
Hosting and message delivery
Our website is hosted by Vercel. The website’s email links open your email application; you send your message through your chosen email service. Our business email is provided through Google Workspace. Vercel and Google process information needed to host the website, deliver email and maintain their services. Technical information, such as a network address, request details and service logs, may be processed as part of operating and protecting the service.
For information about these providers’ practices, see Vercel’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Keeping and deleting information
We delete unconverted inquiry correspondence 12 months after the last substantive contact. The business owner reviews and deletes that correspondence. Project and transaction records follow separate retention requirements; provider service logs are separate from inquiry correspondence.
Contact zach@alderandline.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of information we no longer need. Some project or transaction records may need to be retained for contractual or legal obligations.
Please keep sensitive details out of inquiries
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Payment details should be entered only through the payment provider identified in an agreed order.
