Every project begins with a conversation about your business, current website and goals. We prepare a tailored concept and agree the deliverables, price, timing, revisions, cancellation and refund terms, and any third-party costs in writing before accepting payment.
Production and delivery
Production and setup begin after the agreed payment and required inputs are received. You review the finished work before authorizing publication. We include the agreed website files or available platform export, an account and renewal summary, and instructions for the editing or support arrangement chosen for your project.
Your accounts and later work
Your domain and website accounts remain under your control. Self-editing depends on the platform selected for your project; a visual editor or ongoing maintenance is not automatically included. Any later work is agreed separately before it begins.
